People who accuse teachers of having huge, cushy summers off need to come look at my schedule. Do I get some down-time? Sure. But my calendar’s pretty full with meetings, staff development, and the many, many tasks I have to complete before the other teachers come back in the fall.
Doesn’t mean I’m not looking forward to it, though.
Spring Break is Over!

A trip to Savannah, a day visiting Dad, going to the Georgia Aquarium with my stepmom, and now a nice, relaxing, low-key weekend. Really, what more could I ask for?
I’m ready to go back and face the last 33 days (that’s it?!) of school now. Hopefully, they won’t be too crazy.
