Classroom Management
An integral part of any successful teacher’s classroom is an effective and responsible classroom management strategy, and my classroom will be no different. Ensuring the safety and security of my students and the learning environment in my classroom is a top priority, which is reflected in my classroom management plan. Having a clear strategy and communicating that to students will help eliminate many problems before they occur. While I prefer to handle as many discipline problems as possible withing my classroom, I also understand that my job is to teach my students, so if a situation becomes too distracting, dangerous, or out of control, I have no problem partnering with administration to solve a problem. My classroom management plan is below.
